Lets decorate Downtown Stillwater for Fall!Family friendly contest that allows scarecrows to take over Downtown Stillwater during the Fall season and allows you to win prizes. Anyone can enter (business, group, or individual) in one of 4 categories: traditional, fantastical, business, and kids.

*Please have your Scarecrow & decorations up by on your assigned light pole by the morning of October 1st and everything down by the morning of November 5th.
