Sip on premium tea, drop into a brief mantra meditation to still the mind, and socialize.We will begin the evening with a deeper understanding of tea and how it can help bring us into a meditative space. We will partake in drinking a cup of tea to prepare us for meditation. Then embark on a short mantra meditation session before breaking out for community and tea time.
Storytelling, poetry, and music will be in the air.
