In these challenging times, our event centres on empowering individuals to nurture their mental and physical well-being. We recognize that self-care isn't a luxury, but a fundamental act of personal and community preservation—creating a supportive, welcoming space that reminds every participant their wellness matters. By offering actionable approaches that honour individual experiences while building collective strength, this panel promises to provide nurturing, practical guidance for thriving in 2025.
