Join us on the 1st AND 2nd Monday of every month (except November) @ 2pm for a fun cardio drumming class. PACE Your Life will be hosting "Drums Alive", suitable for all abilities and free to attend at the Bridgeville Library. It will be held on a first come-first served basis for up to 24 people. All equipment needed will be provided and you have an option to stand or sit. This class is part of the 2025 Community Bridge to Wellness program.
