Come along and join me in our drumming circle at the Serenity Touch in Great Moulton.
Drumming can be beneficial on a physical and emotional level. The repetitive use of the drum can link us with the vibrations of Mother Earth and bring about an altered state of consciousness.
Benefits of drumming:

✨ Aids physical issues such as hypertension, migraines, asthma and arthritis

I will have spare drums if you haven't got one that you can use, I just ask that you let me know if you'll need to borrow one so I bring enough on the night.
If you have your own drum then please bring it along so we can deepen your connection with it while working in circle.
You do not need to have any training to come along, anyone is welcome and I just ask you bring an interest in working on yourself.
