Connect with the deep and earthy drum medicine in this circle of rewilding and community.Join Becky and Eva on an energetic and vibrational journey of rewilding. Connect with the deep and earthy sound of the drum as we join in circle and community, for rhythm making and dreaming. We’ll fill our evening with drum medicine, accompanying percussion and maybe even our voices.
Who is This For?
This workshop is for anyone that is curious about drumming and perhaps exploring their voice. Through sound play, we’ll co-create an amazing opportunity to connect with yourself and your community.
What you Will Need:
Drums and rattles (we will have spares to share). Please dress comfortably and although blankets will be provided, please feel free to bring your own. Snuggly socks and anything else to make yourself extra cosy are always welcomed. Don’t forget to bring your water to stay hydrated.
More Info:
During the drumming circle you will be invited to journey within, to encourage self healing, growth and a deepening awareness. There will be time for reflection and sharing but there is no pressure to participate in anything that doesn’t resonate. Come and play, or just come to listen to the drum, all is welcome.
