Immerse yourself in the rhythmic sounds of the drum in this heart-centred drumming circle.If you have never picked up a drum before, or if you are a seasoned drummer, this event is for you. This session will include guides and cues, but there will still be plenty of time for freestyle drumming!
We will start the session with a warming cup of heart-opening cacao, lovingly prepared by Rose. Once the cacao has nicely warmed us through, we will then have some fun drumming together! The drumming circle will be led by Nikki.
Following our drumming session, we will move into intuitive movement to music where you will be encouraged to connect internally and simply move however the body feels to move. Close your eyes and just feel and move to the music as Rose offers guidance and cues, whilst still enabling you to go with the flow.
Focussing and connecting inward as we move intuitively can be a very powerful experience. By immersing yourself in the experience, you will shift stagnant energies and you may feel uplifted and renewed.
You can bring your own drum(s), rattles, shakers etc if you have them, but there will be plenty of spares available.
