Ever wanted to hang out with Vikings? Now is your chance! We will be making a 16" hand drum the traditional way in the Viking Village at the Michigan Renaissance Festival! Price includes free entry into the festival (you will have to pay for parking.)This workshop will teach you how to tie a 16" hand drum the old fashioned way from natural materials. The frames are steam bent ash by Irish Shaman and drum maker Daithi Dubh of Wild Spirit Drums. The hides are sustainably sourced free range buffalo.
You are welcome to dress the part but it is not required!
