Join me on Saturday 29th March at Green Moor Church, for a fun drum lampshade making workshop.During this workshop I will teach you how to make a professional, handmade drum lampshade. Throughout the workshop I will pass on my wealth of experience & share with you tips & tricks to get a professionally finished drum lampshade.
After the lampshade making workshop you will have all the skills needed to make more at home.
What is included in the workshop?
On the day you can choose whether to make a 25cm or 30cm drum lampshade. A 25cm lampshade is perfect for a lamp base & a bedroom pendant. Or you can make a larger 30cm shade which looks lovely on a larger lamp base or as a ceiling pendant, in a larger room.
You will need to bring with you 0.5 meters of fabric or you can purchase from a selection on the day. All the other lampshade making materials you need to make your drum lampshade are included in the price of the workshop. Once we are half way through the workshop your hard work will be rewarded with tea or coffee & homemade cake, these refreshments are included in the price of the workshop.
What does the workshop cost?
The workshop costs £55 per person. I limit the number of attendees to 6 places per workshop, so that I can guide each of you through the process of making a drum lampshade. There will be plenty of time for 1:1 help, asking as many questions as you like during the workshop. The workshop will start at 10am & last between 3 – 3.5 hours.
