We will gather at Denison University, Granville, Ohio, on the first 3 Thursdays in December from 6:30-8PM in Knapp Hall, Room 104.
Each time we meet in circle we will begin with some gentle Qigong movements. Our time together will transition to drumming in community as we honor the book “Give Me a Word” by Christine Valters Paintner. This book invites us to approach the New Year after choosing a word that can guide us. It’s a very uplifting alternative to New Year’s resolutions, and we hope you’ll really enjoy having some fun coming up with your word!
