Join us for an interactive evening of using drums and percussion to create a fun, rhythmical and musical experience! A unique opportunity to explore your SOUND and CREATIVITY with others. Drumming has numerous health benefits, including reducing stress, boosting the immune system, and increasing energy levels. Connect with others and experience the positive effects for yourself!
No experience is required. Drums will be provided or bring your own.
-Lydia is a certified Remo HealthRHYTHMS Drum Circle Facilitator sharing her Drum Circles for Health and Wellness Events in the CT, NY, NJ areas. She is also a creative arts therapist, early childhood educator and professional musician.
