Drums Manifest Truth will be drumming at London Bridge Beach (the park on the island after you cross London Bridge) on Friday, April 11, from 4:00-6:00 pm.
Bring your drums, didgeridoos, tambourines, flutes, rattles, shakers, and other rhythmic noise-makers and join us for a heart-centered freestyle drum circle.
All experience levels are welcome, supported, and encouraged.
It's all about experimenting with rhythms, listening to and watching the other drummers, and discovering where your beat fits in.
It's not about learning specific beats. It's about finding your own beat!
Bring a chair or mat to sit on and some water, too.
