Our monthly drum circle and sound healing sessions create a therapeutic environment through rhythm and collective music-making, which helps foster communication, reduce stress, and enhance emotional well-being.Each session is led by Justin (Jay) Scheidecker, a drum circle facilitator and experienced sound healer, who utilizes sound and vibration to help individuals journey into their subconscious minds to create profound change.
This is a FREE community event. Donations are not expected, but are greatly appreciated.
Participants may bring their own drum or other related sound-maker. A small selection will be made available for your use during the session. Please bring a chair, mat, or blanket to sit on.
