In this workshop you will be supplied everything you need to create your own frame drum and/ or beater or rattle.while you are making your own creations, Alan and Jamie will teach the the care and feeding of your drum or rattle as well as how to use them in healing and cleansing ceremonies.The session will begin with a brief sound journey to connect to the heartbeat of the drum & rattle, and then start the process of creating.The day will conclude with you having created a heart built sacred instrument which you will be able to use and enjoy for many years to come. Is due by 9/13.It’s a long day of hard work, please plan to bring your own lunch, snacks and beverages.
Drum costs $270.-$310 depending on which hide and size you choose
Rattle cost is $180.
