Join Alice for a special edition of Glow Cardio Drumming on Friday January 31, 2025 from 6:30p-8p. This will be 90 minutes of a fun full body workout to music, LED lights, strobe lights, and more. If you have never drummed before do not worry this exercise is fun and for everyone. We use drumsticks, a stability ball and a bucket while mixing in fun workout moves. Always keep in mind movements are modifiable to your physical requirements. Make sure to wear your best neon workout gear. Ages 14+.
