Dru Yoga At Total Health Solutions Gym!

We're delighted to introduce a new wellness offering at Total Health Solutions: Dru Yoga with Teri Fox!

Join us every Tuesday evening from 6-7pm in June and July for an enriching Dru Yoga session, held in the THS gym.

What is Dru Yoga?

Dru Yoga is a gentle yet powerful form of yoga that focuses on soft, flowing movements, controlled breathing, and deep relaxation. It's designed to help you release tension, improve flexibility, and cultivate inner peace and harmony.

What to Bring:

To fully enjoy your Dru Yoga experience, you will need to bring $25 and we recommend bringing your own yoga mat, bolster, block, and blanket. These props will enhance your comfort and support throughout the practice.
