About this Event

Are you a mom who finds herself reaching for a glass of wine at the end of the day to unwind?

Whether it’s to relax after a long day, fit in with friends at social events, or simply to get a moment of “me time,” alcohol has likely become a habitual part of your life. Maybe you’ve tried cutting back, doing a Dry January, or setting rules like “only on weekends,” but somehow, you always find yourself back in the same cycle. You’re not alone.

This 2-day virtual workshop is designed for moms like you—women who recognize that their relationship with alcohol no longer serves them but who don’t necessarily identify as alcoholics.

In this workshop, you’ll discover a judgment-free, compassionate approach to shifting your relationship with alcohol from the inside out. No more willpower struggles, guilt, or shame. Instead, you’ll learn how to tap into your inner strength and redefine your habits with alcohol in a way that feels aligned with the version of yourself you want to become.

What You’ll Gain:

Clarity on why previous attempts to cut back haven’t worked and how to make lasting changes.

A step-by-step process to unlearn the habit of drinking and reclaim your mental clarity and energy.

Practical tools to shift the thoughts and feelings driving your drinking patterns, helping you feel empowered and in control.

The confidence to navigate social situations, stress, and emotional challenges without relying on alcohol.

What to Expect:

Day 1: We’ll explore the emotional and psychological factors behind your drinking habits. You’ll learn why willpower and discipline alone won’t create lasting change, and what steps you can take instead to create an entirely new relationship with alcohol.

Day 2: You’ll learn the Think/Feel/Act Cycle, identifying the thoughts that lead to drinking and how to rewire your brain for success. We’ll walk through the 6 transformational steps that I use with my clients, helping them break free from alcohol’s hold in just a few months.

This Workshop is For You If:

• You’ve noticed that alcohol is affecting your energy, mental clarity, or sense of well-being.

• You’ve tried cutting back before but haven’t been able to maintain those changes long-term.

• You’re feeling conflicted—part of you wants to change your drinking habits, but another part wonders if you can manage life without alcohol.

• You want to be a more present, energized mom, and a better role model for your kids.

This workshop is about transformation from the inside out.

You don’t need to label yourself or take a vow of sobriety—just show up with an open mind, ready to explore a new relationship with alcohol that feels authentic to you.
