This 2-day virtual workshop is designed for moms like you—women who recognize that their relationship with alcohol no longer serves them but who don’t necessarily identify as alcoholics.
In this workshop, you’ll discover a judgment-free, compassionate approach to shifting your relationship with alcohol from the inside out. No more willpower struggles, guilt, or shame. Instead, you’ll learn how to tap into your inner strength and redefine your habits with alcohol in a way that feels aligned with the version of yourself you want to become.

• Day 2: You’ll learn the Think/Feel/Act Cycle, identifying the thoughts that lead to drinking and how to rewire your brain for success. We’ll walk through the 6 transformational steps that I use with my clients, helping them break free from alcohol’s hold in just a few months.

Who Am I?
I’m Bonnie Alina, a Holistic Alcohol Coach, LCS Certified Life Coach, and mother of four. After a 25-year relationship with alcohol, I found the freedom and peace I had been searching for without having to fight or shame myself into sobriety. Now, I’m here to help other moms who are ready to awaken from alcohol and reclaim their lives.
