A gentle guided meditation class supporting you to release mental chatter, create stillness in the body and connect deeply to your higher-self. The guided meditation includes gentle breathing techniques, focus and visualisation. This class takes place lying down on the floor but chairs can be provided if required.
Open to everyone, including beginners.
The Dymanic Hot Yoga studio is a warm, considered space, located on the second floor of the building. Please bring a mat and wear loose comfortable clothing.
