DROP IN FITNESS CLASSES

Being alone in your transformation to becoming healthy mentally, physically, and spiritually can be tough. I also experienced this, and just couldn't find the guidance i needed to kick off my journey. I spent this time transforming my lonliness, to being my own bestfriend and advisor by connecting to my spirit. I was able to transform my health by losing 170lbs in 9 months by becoming my own bestfriend, but also my biggest critic or shall i say "accountability partner". In this process i learned so much by not only experience, but also self studies. I became a herbalist, nutrition coach, health coach, transformstion coach, fitness trainer, bio chemistry study, and health mympho til this day. I wanted to be able to bring my process to life that helped me, be able to help others relieve of physical stress and stress from trauma, daily life, and so forth. A dream of mine was having a place where i could incorporate all of these methods, and help others gain clarity to stay focused on their health goals and want more for themselves. I was finally able to build that place "MY JUNGLE GYM", it literally looks like a jungle!! I wanted my guests to be able to enjoy and appreciate their physical fitness, while being able to escape mentally to push through with their minds. This is the place that you want to be if you're into good vibes, want to learn and understand the way your body works, proper guidance of physical fitness, learn how to reach your goals the simple way, you want to leave with a positive attitude, and so much more. The best part is all you need is you (besides things like towel, water, gloves), and i will show you how to build your body with your body to reach your physical goals, and make it therapuetic at the same time. We will train together, meditate together, release after each class with lymphatic stretching sessions, light and sound therapy, and more. Our training experiences will include but not limited to (body calisthenics, body mechanics, body conditioning, boxing, yoga, deep tissue stretching, hit cardio, and more.
