Join us on Tuesday evenings for an hour dedicated to finding happiness within.Each class is self-contained and on a drop-in basis, but attending the whole course may help in gaining a deeper understanding of the practice.
Classes resume on Tuesday 9th September, during August we are offering some Monday night classes at Kadampa Meditation Centre Nottingham at Gedling House.

Class Dates are:
Sept: 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th
Oct: 7th, 14th, 21st, Term Break Oct 28th
Nov: 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th
Dec: 2nd, 9th, 16th Term Break until January 6th
The classes are offered in-person on Tuesday evenings (6.30pm-7.30pm) at Middle Street Resource Centre, 74 Middle Street, Beeston NG9 2AR
Cost £7 (free for members).
Booking not essential, payment can be made on arrival (cash or card).
