Urban Community Outreach is excited to present the return of their annual BBQ Fundraiser, on Saturday, September 28th, 2024. This year’s theme, Drop-in and Make a Difference, reminds us that it’s easy to be a part of the UCO family, whether you have been a volunteer for years, or have always been curious about our weekly meal service. We hope you can join us to celebrate and learn more about the vital services UCO provides to the greater Long Beach community. With as many as 200 meals served on any given Sunday, UCO remains committed to addressing food insecurity, and supporting those experiencing homelessness in the greater Long Beach area. UCO is a community of volunteers, staff, service providers, neighbors and friends, and your support is critical in keeping this community together
We will celebrate with live entertainment, delicious BBQ prepared by our very own Chef Melody, and games for all ages! With Prizes!! There will be a cash bar, featuring our signature UCO lemon drop, along with beer and wine.
