Join Lynn Miller at Dogwood Exchange, 4950 Hwy 127 S Crossville, TN on Saturday, July 13th from 1:30-3:30 CST for a drop biscuit and blackberry jam canning class using fruit pectin. Students will first learn to make drop biscuits then move on to canning while they are in the oven. Lynn will then demonstrate her simple blackberry jam recipe, talk about best canning practices to get a good seal, and how to adapt the recipe for many other kinds of fresh fruit. Students will then enjoy a tasting of warm biscuits with blackberry jam.The fee for this class is $40.
