Great opportunity to try something new in the Autumn! Scottish dancing is suitable for all ages, no experience or skill required, no special clothing and definely no need to be Scottish! 😅It is a great way to get more exercise and everyone is very welcoming and encouraging.
We are running a beginners' course on Mondays in Dronfield and on Wednesdays in Chesterfield. Only £3 per session, (subsided places are available for those on low income so don't let cost be a factor in taking this step towards better health and wellbeing).
