Assisting NSW Manufacturers to undertake business model innovation for a NetZero future.
About this Event

NetZero presents a transformative opportunity for businesses to reimagine their business models, aligning profitability with sustainability.

For large companies, this is a chance to lead by example. Their influence can drive change throughout the supply chain, encouraging adaptation and resilience. By assisting smaller businesses in their network to transition towards NetZero, they can ensure environmental and business sustainability is embedded at every level.

Adopting NetZero isn’t just about environmental responsibility. It’s about future-proofing businesses against climate risks and capitalising on new opportunities in the green economy. It enhances brand reputation, builds trust with stakeholders, and can offer a competitive edge.

In essence, NetZero is more than a target. It’s a pathway to sustainable growth and innovation. It’s an invitation to be part of the solution to the world’s climate challenge.

This is why Investment NSW and Hunternet are partnering with Ai Group to undertake a futuremap Net Zero workshop to assist up to twenty participants (ten companies and a company in their supply chain) to respond to the changing market conditions and customer expectations of a NetZero economy.

Why join us?

The workshop will involve:

  • A facilitated session where participants will be guided through the futuremap NetZero diagnostic. At the conclusion of the session, participants will immediately receive a report that provides a high-level strategic overview of where their organisation current sits on their NetZero journey to where they aspire to be.
  • Provide further information about the current NetZero landscape as well as providing support and guidance for SMEs to create a roadmap and action plan moving forward. This will include access to information, resources, tools, networks, funding, and incentives.

Participants will need a laptop on the day. Morning tea and wifi will be provided.

Workshop facilitator:
