Taking place on April 28-29, this unique experience is designed for senior-level leaders, drawing parallels between track performance and leadership dynamics through interactive sessions that will strengthen leadership effectiveness, enhance strategic performance and navigate organizational change.

Get behind the wheel of specially tuned, high-performance BMWs on a state-of-the-art racetrack. Experience firsthand the precision, focus and quick decision-making required in high-speed driving.

Engage in exhilarating driving exercises that emphasize control, agility and strategic thinking under pressure. Learn how to harness these skills to enhance your leadership effectiveness.

The CIL Strategic Leadership Training

Delve into advanced concepts of strategic leadership, including vision setting, strategic leadership and change management. Using your Key Leadership Challenge we will explore how to create and execute strategies that will accelerate success for your organization.

Integration Workshops
