About this Event
The future of mobility is promising and exciting. Micro-mobility, Electrification, Autonomous Driving, Connectivity, Sustainability are just some of the trends that we see are being addressed by the mobility industry and new innovative startups.
The Motor Valley Accelerator and B4i have joined forces to bring again a new edition of the succesful Driving Innovation Hackathon.
How to participate?
Create your team of 3-5 students to work with. Don't worry, if you don't have a team we can assign you one. Each team MUST have 1 engineering student as a member to grant for the technical feasibility of the proposed solution. How does it work?
After applications are received, teams will be confirmed on April 2, and you will be given 3-5 topics to choose from as your challenge. These topics have been selected by our panel of judges and represent real industry challenges, giving you a unique opportunity to tackle a market opportunity. Your team will work on this challenge and submit a 5-minute video presentation on your solution by 17:00 on April 11. Internal judges will select the top candidates to perform in person in front of an audience and panel of judges formed by industry leaders on April 18.

What is the prize?
Driving innovation is our motto and therefore we want to offer the winning team the opportunity to further develop their idea. This includes;
- Mentoring from the MVA team to bring your project to a startup ready to receive investments and start operations
- VIP Access to MVA and Plug and Play Expo's throughout the year
- Invitation to private event during the Motor Valley Fest in Modena on May 3rd
- Direct access to the final selection interview for the acceleration and pre-acceleration programs of Bocconi for innovation.
