This isn’t just a workout: it’s an hour of sweat, endorphins, and playful energy. JoJo’s classes are all about having fun while pushing your body with barre-inspired moves, cardio bursts, and a little sassy energy. Expect a dark-room candlelit experience, with music that makes it impossible not to move.
After class, the fun continues with a post-class social, where you can mingle with fellow movers, sip on mocktails and light bites (more details coming soon), explore surprise local vendors (announcing soon) and soak up the community vibes that make Sweat & Social unique.
