About this Event
Join us on March 7 to learn the basics of waterwise drip irrigation in Fairfield!
During this event, we will expand on an existing, water-efficient drip line irrigation system with the focus of growing annual vegetables. This event will be held at the Garden of Shalom Demo Food Forest backyard garden in Fairfield. Heath Griffith from Grow with the Flow will teach an introduction to this sustainable irritation method, and then lead a hands-on installation. You can expect to learn the differences between dripline and other irrigation methods, the advantages of drip irrigation, and how to assemble the components on a landscape. Whether you've been wanting to dip your toes into this subject, or brush up on existing knowledge, you are welcome!
