For the Drink Ticket options, we are receiving donated beer from and donated wine from Colorado Department of Agriculture's Wine Industry Development Board.
As a long time supporter of local food systems work, Stodgy Brewing Co. is a brewery based in Fort Collins, Colorado, known for creating a welcoming, community-centered atmosphere.Stodgy's beer is made with 100% Colorado malts by Troubador Maltings and Rootshoot Malting and most are made with 100% Colorado hops from the Colorado Hop Company. They focus on crafting high-quality, approachable beers from local ingredients designed to bring people together. They truly are a champion of supporting Northern Colorado's agricultural community, and all ticket sales for this ticket option will go to the Northern Colorado Foodshed Project.
The Colorado Department of Agriculture's Wine Industry Development Board is generously donating Colorado wine for the upcoming event, celebrating the state’s thriving local wine industry. The Colorado wine industry has grown significantly over the years, supported by the unique terroir and climate of the state's vineyards, which span over 150 wineries and nearly 1,000 acres of vineyards primarily in the western regions. These wineries contribute to the state’s economy, drive tourism, and enhance Colorado’s agricultural diversity.
Why donate?
Great question! While it is not required, your support will directly benefit the Northern Colorado Foodshed Project. Since its founding, the Foodshed Project has been a driving force behind the growth and sustainability of our local food systems. By providing technical support to new and beginning farmers, securing grants, and expanding local food access across the region, this small-but-mighty nonprofit has significantly advanced equity, access, and resilience for both producers and consumers in Northern Colorado.
The Hispanic Women's Farming Proyecto is a grassroots organization that supports Hispanic women farmers in Northern Colorado to grow their businesses and sell produce. Their work focuses on education, resource-sharing, and empowering growers to expand their skills.
Thank you for supporting this essential work!
