Due to Colorado State University's policies on alcohol purchases, drink tickets must be purchased prior to the event. Complimentary tapas featuring local food and a hydration station will be available throughout the evening; however, for those interested in enjoying a special beverage, such as a mocktail or beer, please be sure to secure your drink ticket in advance. For the alcohol drink ticket option, we are receiving donated beer from Stodgy Brewing Co. As a long term supporter of local food systems work, Stodgy Brewing Co. is a brewery based in Fort Collins, Colorado, known for creating a welcoming, community-centered atmosphere. They focus on crafting high-quality, approachable beers designed to bring people together. They truly are a champion of supporting Northern Colorado's agricultural community, and all ticket sales for this ticket option will go to the Northern Colorado Foodshed Project.
