Carl Cashman is the councillor for Church Ward in Liverpool. As the leader of the Liberal Democrats in Liverpool, Carl also serves as the leader of the opposition in Liverpool City Council. Carl will be discussing “Scouse Momentum: Building a Liverpool that Leads”.
