Drink n’ DrawHalloween edition
A 3 hour drawing event, full of ink, drinks and horror!
Trick or treat! It’s this time of the season again, Halloween is here! In this event we will be drawing still frames from famous horror films (and not so famous...) that defined the genre and kept us awake at night.
There’s going to be various shots explored, with emphasis on the variety and the different directorial techniques of each film. We will be drawing shots for 10, 20, 30 and 40 minutes depending on the difficulty of the picture, while also sharing drinks and socialising.
Cartoonist Avram will be presenting the night, while also helping everyone discover new ways of approaching the shown image, with pens, pencils and markers.
No prior experience needed — all materials and your first drink are provided!
If you like drawing, socialising or horror films, then this is for you.
To close the drawing session, we’ll screen The Black Tower (1987) by John Smith (23’).

Presenter: Avram
Avram is a cartoonist based in Thessaloniki, Greece. He is still young and right handed. His themes are usually centered around the tragic yet funny parts of the human condition and the weird side of it. He loves cinema, short stories and chess.
