From 7 pm to 11 pm on January 24 and 25, Julia & Henry's, Miami's renowned culinary and entertainment destination, is set to host an unforgettable bar takeover by Rome’s Drink Kong, ranked #33 on the prestigious World’s 50 Best Bars list.

The bar's instinct-driven, mood-based menu eliminates elaborate ingredient lists in favor of flavor profiles like dry, sweet, or bitter. Each drink is a surprise, tailored to the guest’s preferences and elevated by the enigmatic ‘Kong Factor’ — a measure of uniqueness that defines the bar’s signature style.

Cocktails being served include:

• Simmetry: scotch, ginger liqueur, kong cordial
• Canova: tanqueray 10, thyme-rosemary-basil-black olive cordial, vinegar, simple syrup
