Step into a deeply nurturing space designed to restore your nervous system and gently guide you into profound rest.
This experience begins with guided Yoga Nidra, accompanied by gentle, intentional sound.
As the Nidra concludes, you’ll be lovingly enveloped in warm, soothing soundscapes. These immersive vibrations create a cocoon of safety and deep relaxation, inviting your system to soften and reset.
We will close with a silent Savasana, giving you space to integrate, rest, and simply be.

What to bring: yoga mat, and any extras to make yourself comfortable (like a pillow, blanket, and eye mask), a bottle of water, wear comfy clothes and note that you will be lying on a mat for an extended period of time
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the start time to settle in. We kindly ask that you be respectful of the time and space allotted for your session. Doors are locked after the start time to ensure that all participants present get an uninterrupted session.
Please be advised that incense may be used to cleanse the space before and during sessions. Guests with sensitivities are encouraged to inform the facilitator in advance
