We’re delighted to be hosting our own @driathlonuk Open event on March 29th following a great event held during the 2024 season. This years event has even more options and age groups with options from 10-70yrs old and also has the added incentive of acting as qualifier event for South of England regionals in May/June. It would be awesome to get even more members and non members involved this year and with the added Junior and Sprint events (30 mins total) their really is lots of options for anyone wanting to give it a go.Whether you’re new to fitness and want something to keep you focused with your training for the coming months or whether you’re a competing Hyrox and CrossFit athlete this event fits in perfectly with your cardiovascular training modalities. If you’re a keen Cyclist, Runner or gym goer that wants to try something different and test yourself on the @concept2uk Ski Erg, Bike and Rowing machines. Or partner up with male or female buddy and take on the partner event.
Last years event really did lead to a lot of amazing efforts and people pushing themselves to and beyond their limits. A lot of shared laughs, smiles, sweat and suffering � Give it a go you won’t regret it and you might come out fitter and healthier at the end of event �
