What can you expect from this ACRO INTENSIVE? 🤔We will immerse ourselves in the world of ACRO throughout the weekend! Over the course of two days, four multi-level workshops (we will adapt the level to the participants) - focused on flows, icarians and whips await you.
Workshop Program:
Saturday:
10:00-12:30 - Whips & Whippops
13:30-16:00 - Icarian
16:30-19:00 - Funky Flows
19 Sauna?
Sunday:
11:00-13:30 - Funky F2F Tricks
Prerequisites:
Knowledge of basic washing machines is required to participate:
- Ninja star
- Catherine’s wheel
- 4-step…
And you should have experience with pops, whips, and icarian moves. 🙏
What will we cover?
The main focus of this weekend will be L-base acro, specifically:
✅ Flows – dynamic transitions with bounciness, pops, whips and icarians
✅ Whips and Icarians – more technically demanding elements
✅ Foot2Foot – or Slackro to heaven!
FULL WEEKEND:
- SUPER EARLY BIRD (first 8 spots) - 90€
Early bird tickets are non transferable and non refundable
- REGULAR - 150€ (till Dec 10 120€)
TWO WORKSHOPS - 75€ (till Dec 10 65€)
ONE WORKSHOP - 45€ (till Dec 10 35€)
Deposit refundable until Dec 10, after that you will have to find a replacement.
SAUNA on Saturday
- there is an option of going to the sauna in the climbing gym next door but we need to be at least 10 people (or pay at least 100€ together) so that they will turn it on for us (normally there is no Sauna on Saturdays). Please state your preference in the form so that I can see if it makes sense to ask.
