Hi Everyone,
With autumn upon us and the nights drawing in, I’d like to offer a 2-hour restorative class for you on Sunday, 12th October 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm.
£20 pp.
This will include 3 simple but dreamy restorative postures that will be set up using pillows and cushions to create a perfect nest of support for you to let go into.
I would also like to include some breath-work for settling and calming the nervous system and a guided yoga nidra.
If the interest for this is positive I will see if I can have the room on Saturday 11th too so that I can open it up to more of you.
I’m keeping the group numbers to 10, so if you would like a place please get in touch.
