"Dreamstate" is a series of sessions (1 per month) designed to guide you into the profound relaxation of Yoga Nidra, often called "yogic sleep." Each month, we will peel back our layers of stress and tension to reveal a state of tranquility and inner peace.In these sessions, you'll be gently led through a guided relaxation practice that fosters deep rest, allowing your mind and body to enter a state of peaceful awareness. This series is perfect for anyone seeking to reduce stress, improve sleep, or simply cultivate a deeper connection with their inner self.

Thursday, September 26, 5:30-6:30pm
Thursday, October 17, 5:30-6:30pm
Thursday, November 21, 5:30-6:30pm
Thursday, December 19, 5:30-6:30pm
Sturgis Yoga provides mats and blankets; however, you may want to bring your own mat, blanket, pillow, eye cover, etc. Whatever you need for your hour of yogic sleep!
$10 per session. No need to reserve mat space, but if you plan on attending, it is helpful if you text 605-490-7972 in advance.
