Join us for Dreamseed, a two-part workshop designed to help you plant dream intentions, share dream stories, and explore embodied practices that bring dream imagery to life.
At Dreamseed, you’ll step into a supportive circle where ancient practices of dream incubation meet modern approaches to embodied imagination.
Over two Sunday mornings, we’ll gather to explore:
- The art of dream incubation
- Crafting personal dream rituals
- Dream herb tea ceremony
- Embodied imagination practices
- Pathways for awakening deeper self connection within a supportive community

This program is hosted by Frederick Dream Lab, a practice dedicated to exploring the wisdom of dreams through Jungian-inspired methods, creativity, and community. Founded by therapist Andrew Moss, LMSW, Frederick Dream Lab offers groups, retreats, and individual sessions that help people uncover insights, foster self-awareness, and deepen connection with themselves through their dreams.

Andrew is a licensed social worker dedicated to helping individuals cultivate self-awareness, confidence, and emotional stability. He holds a Master of Social Work degree in clinical social work from Salisbury University. With extensive self-study in dream work and Jungian psychology, he is excited to guide participants in exploring their dreams to uncover motivations and behavioral patterns. As a facilitator, Andrew fosters a supportive environment that encourages participants to draw their own conclusions while also offering his reflections. With his compassionate listening skills, Andrew is committed to guiding group members on their journey toward understanding and integrating their dreams.

Alecks Moss is a 200-hour certified Yoga Teacher and lifelong student of herbalism working at Fox Haven Farm. With a love for human + nature, I blend mindfulness, movement, and plant wisdom to support holistic well-being. My goal is to help others connect deeply with the land and create experiences that nurture the body, mind and spirit.
