DREAMSAKE Masterclass and guest takeover

Join us for a Dreamsake Masterclass & Guest Takeover on 26th February, led by award-winning bartender Josh Black, winner of the prestigious
Suntory Dojo Award.
The evening begins with a welcome cocktail, followed by a 40-minute guided tasting of DREAMSAKE Daiginjo No.1, a smooth, clean sake from Hyōgo, Japan.
Crafted using premium rice, koji, pure water and the expertise of master brewers, DREAMSAKE offers delicate layers of melon, honey and grapefruit zest with an ultra-smooth finish.

Sake will be served throughout the session, with four exclusive cocktails by Josh Black available during the guest takeover.
