Agile Launch System™

How you can Succeed and get more Career Satisfaction in the next 12 months

Than You Did In The Previous 12 Years!

Here’s What You’ll Discover During This Event

 • How to discover a lucrative career that is aligned with your passions
 • Why Path to Top Paying Jobs seem to be a secret
 • Why you always listen to group advice with a grain of salt
 • How to Defy All Normal, Common, Ordinary, Customary Boundaries and Restrictions when it comes to your career

And So Much More!

You already know that the key to career success is to identify your true passion. Go the extra mile—put in in more time than others, working late, and sacrificing weekends. Staying current with popular skills that EVERYONE else is pursuing, such as ChatGPT. This approach sets you apart and positions you ahead of the competition, right?

Wrong!

Doing what everyone else is doing makes you a commodity. Have you ever wondered why teachers are paid less than others with a similar education level?

It is not because the world is unfair, it is because of The Law of Supply and Demand.

You absolutely cannot live without air and water, but because they are so abundant, they are cheap. But if either air or water were scarce, people would pay any cost to get them. The same is true of skillsets.

Some occupations are highly paid compared to the educational level required to fill the role because people don’t want to do them.

An unexpectedly high income.

One of my friends is a CPA who does accounting for many small businesses. Out at lunch together he told me about a new customer who has a plumbing company. He said, “I am blown away by how much money this guy is making.”

Few people aspire to be plumbers.

Why would a plumber be so highly paid? The answer goes back to The Law of Supply and Demand. Plumbers are very important, but not many people dream about becoming one, leading to high demand and pay due to the scarcity of workers in the field.

Many people want to be teachers.

Conversely, teaching attracts many people, resulting in more aspiring teachers than available positions. This oversupply puts downward pressure on teachers' salaries.

The Secret: Find careers that are fulfilling but underserved.

Many companies' HR departments know what skills the organization needs, but this valuable insight is often overlooked. Instead, many shape their career paths based on unreliable sources like social media or trending news.

Popular = low pay (usually, at least lower).

This leads to a cycle of following popular but misguided beliefs, pushing towards skills or roles based on weak information. The result is an oversaturated job market where the abundance of certain talents outstrips actual demand, leaving individuals with skills that aren't unique resulting in lower than desired pay.

To make an uncommon income, do uncommon things.

Employees won't know what skills are in demand just by talking among themselves, unless they're speaking with someone in a position they aspire to. It's more effective to learn skills that employers are actively seeking, instead of guessing what might be needed.

A solution looking for a problem.

Many people waste time learning skills based on guesses or peer advice, only to discover their employers aren't interested in those skills.

Our company is in a unique position because recruiters come to us looking for candidates with in-demand skills, which means we know exactly what companies are seeking and are willing to pay well for.

A career aligned to You.

To address this gap in the marketplace, we've developed the Agile Launch System™. This innovative program is tailored to quickly propel emerging corporate professionals into sought-after careers, fully equipping them for success in a high paying enterprise.

Leveraging the AGILEST® Agile Pathfinder, we'll align your interests and skills to identify the best high-demand career path for either a new position, or to jumpstart a stalled career.

Maybe you have never even heard of these roles, that’s a good thing.

The Certified, high-demand manager paths that we have launch systems for include:

 • ATC - Agile Team Coach (Scrum Master + Hybrid & Kanban Team Manager)
 • APM - Agile Product Manager
 • AMM - Agile Marketing Manager
 • AHR - Agile Human Resources
 • ASM - AI Strategy Manager
 • AEM - AI Ethics Manager
 • ACM - Agile Cybersecurity Manager
 • ADM - AI Automation Manager

All paths are non-technical except for Agile Cybersecurity Manager, and AI Automation Manager. The Agile Cybersecurity Manager and Agile Automation Manager roles require less technical expertise than you might think. While having a technical mindset helps for Cybersecurity & DevOps, they are not as technically intensive as Software Engineering.

A complete system for corporate career success.

In this session, we will lay out what it takes to be successful, to just get a rewarding position, but also keep it, and thrive with it.

Our Agile Launch System™, developed from years of experience in implementing agile practices, is a proven pathway for aspiring agile professionals. It offers a detailed guide to thriving in the corporate Agile landscape, supporting you at every step.

At your first meeting, we'll use the AGILEST® Agile Pathfinder™ assessment to identify a career path that matches your skills and interests. This doesn't lock you into a single path; your preferences play a crucial role in the final decision.

Roles focused on you becoming a Manager.

Remember, since all our roles are focused on you becoming a manager, and while each specialization has its own 2-day intensive training, the weekly sessions are common across all paths, allowing interaction with peers from different tracks. This interaction provides insights into various roles, offering flexibility to adjust or expand your career direction.

Your options are always available to you.

For instance, you might start with the Agile Team Coach (ATC) path and later, inspired by discussions, decide to pursue the AI Ethics Manager (AEM) path as well, or vice versa, requiring only the additional 2-day intensive for AI Ethics. This approach keeps your options open for multiple in-demand careers. And it does not matter if you decide that you want to add another certification at the beginning, in the middle, at the end of 12 weeks, or even two years from now.

Our programs offer a comprehensive approach, including essential certification training and weekly workshops to enhance your skills, along with additional support to help you secure a corporate position.

You are not alone.

And that is not all, there is also a weekly call with a coach who has experience that is directly aligned to your career path. The calls are valuable because not only do you get to ask your specific questions, but the professionals also who get the most from the program, are the ones that pay attention to the questions from other system participants. As the saying goes, repetition is the mother of skill.

To create a crystal-clear understanding of how the Agile Launch System™ works, we'll focus on the role of the Agile Team Coach, also known as a Scrum Master or Kanban Team Manager. We will demonstrate all the system's elements that contribute to your success.

You’ll experience a deep dive into the responsibilities and success factors of this position, giving you a roadmap for securing and thriving in this fulfilling role. The journey to becoming an Agile Team Coach is more than a role; it's a calling that offers financial rewards and engaging work.
