Did you know your dreams can act as a pathway to personal and spiritual growth? Franciscan Sister Linda Wieser will facilitate a three-hour dream workshop on Saturday, February 1 from 9:00 a.m. to noon at Christ United Methodist Church. We’ll learn how dreams can guide us toward greater self-awareness and a deeper understanding of our spiritual journey. Participants are invited (but not required) to bring a dream to share with the group. Sr. Linda, a spiritual director and certified personal life coach, has training in Jungian dream work and has mentored individuals and groups for over 35 years.
Christ United Methodist Church, located at 400 5th Ave SW, Rochester, MN, is open to all and offers a safe and compassionate space that encourages personal growth through faith, identity, understanding, and mutual respect.
