EMPLOYERS & PARTNERS: GET INVOLVED
Are you an employer, training provider, or community or advocacy organization interested in hiring, tabling, or sharing opportunities? Register your interest below under Employer/Partner Org to be considered for participation in Dream the Future.
We’re prioritizing organizations that:
- Are committed to local hiring in the Pittsburgh region
- Provide entry-level pathways into clean energy and green trades
- Offer training, supportive services, or community resources that help individuals prepare for or succeed in the workforce
- Support second-chance hiring and inclusive workforce practices (preferred, but not required)
WHY EMPLOYERS SHOULD PARTICIPATE
This is a unique opportunity to connect with a diverse group of job seekers—including pre-screened talent from Frontline Gig’s network, many of whom bring hands-on experience, digital badges in climate advocacy or career readiness, and a strong interest in green economy pathways.
Attendees will include:
- Career switchers and early-career job seekers
- Individuals with leadership potential and lived experience
- A mix of community members and those reached through targeted outreach
Between now and October, we’re actively recruiting and preparing job seekers, strengthening partnerships with training providers, and collecting attendee data to improve alignment for future hiring and workforce events.
WHY IT MATTERS
This isn’t your average career fair. We’re creating pathways to economic mobility and leadership—prioritizing access for those historically excluded from Pittsburgh’s growth, especially Black, Brown, and system-impacted communities.
This event uplifts not only job opportunities, but also skills in organizing, advocacy, and community-building—empowering individuals to lead in shaping a more just, green economy from the ground up.
