Just because school's out for the summer soon doesn't mean baseball training has to stop! Summer training and development is now in session! This off-season we are offering a program to grow your player's game and come back in the Fall stronger.The ‘Level Up’ core program starts at $150 for the 6 week program in July and August. Each team will practice twice a week with one session at DTS and one fielding session planned for McKnight Park East. This program is designed for age specific sessions to refine baseball technique, while still having fun! Does your player like to be at the top of the leaderboard? The Level Up program will give them the opportunity to compete against other players and be #1 on the leaderboard.
The weekly sessions will target these specific areas:
Hitting (steady reps and a focus on hitting technique)
Fielding (less reps and more about fielding technique; hand drills, swipe tags, PFP, base coverage awareness, infield depth coverages, etc.)
Pitching (Technique, speeds and grip)
Arm care, condition & running technique
