WHAT: Dream Inn Santa Cruz, the iconic, retro beachfront hotel with surf-themed rooms and private ocean view balconies, is hosting its first Dreamers Wellness Weekend on May 3-5 with Sarah Vie, international bestselling author, speaker and workshop leader. Dream Inn has curated a full weekend itinerary to help rejuvenate and reset the mindset of attendees featuring mindfulness workshops, wine tasting, cooking demos, yoga classes, trinity sound experience w/Celtic harp and a bike tour.
Wellness leader Sarah Vie will host a variety of classes including: Food & Gratitude Awareness Meditation, Release Ceremony and Sacred Kitchen/Abundant Plate. Additional activities are available to book including Surfing / SUP lessons, Gazelle electric bike ride, Roaring Camp railroad, Mount Herman Adventures Rope Course and/or a guided hike through Wilder Ranch.
