Lake is a University of Guelph grad and Elora resident. With a few singles from 'A Call From Somewhere Else' already released, she has been covered in a number of music publications including Roots Music Canada, Canadian Beats, Indie Spirits and Red Guitar Music UK.
Guelph's CJ Cooper placed second place in the Music In Motion Awards and performed as a featured artist representing Canada at the Lilla By Festivalen in Sweden. She has opened for John Muirhead, Bif Naked at Canadian Music Week and played at the London Music Hall with JJ Wilde. Her second album was released in 2022 and she has released several singles and music videos for her highly anticipated third album.
