In this class, students will learn basic drawing techniques and expand to incorporate still lifes or abstract drawing practices. Not all art is representational or photorealistic, and students will have the opportunity to choose their own adventure. This class will help students kick the habit of saying, “I’m not good at art,” and replace it with, “I’m practicing and learning how to create art that I feel proud of.”Please note: It is recommended that students bring their own sketchbook or journal, however practice paper will be provided.
