About this Event
Join Flock - our Brighton illustrator meet-up - for an illustration workshop where we will be focusing on drawing and idea generation; incredibly important tools in an illustrator's pencil case!
This is a fun and playful workshop to help us try something new, combat creative block, and engage with the local illustration community.
There will be some limited materials to use on the day, but participants are encouraged to bring their own “found drawing material” and the medium they are most comfortable working in eg. colouring pencils, gouache, collage. You can also bring your iPad if you like!
This meet-up will take place in the White Room at the Phoenix Art Space (BN2 9NB), on the 6th December, 2024 at 6PM. The session is 2 hours long and there will be non-alcoholic refreshments available. The White Room is on the ground floor of the building and is best accessed by the main entrance; the building has disabled access and toilets.
The session will be led by illustrators Tim Alexander and Sean O’Brien, who will also be taking part. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us at: [email protected]
We look forward to seeing you all there for our final Flock illustrator meet-up of this year.
