Take a closer look at design, form and function in this 2-hour drawing workshop. Taught by artist and educator Ellie Martin, this all-ages-friendly session invites participants to sketch directly from the Museum’s historic chair collection featured in Deep-Seated Histories and newly designed chairs from Future Makers. With a focus on chairs as everyday design icons, this is still life drawing.Basic materials will be provided, and you're encouraged to bring your own dry drawing supplies (no wet materials such as paint or loose ink). No experience necessary.
